Digital products
Kitchen Admin products are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided following purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind once the digital content has been supplied, except where required by law.
Your right to cancel
Consumers may normally have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases.
When purchasing digital content from Kitchen Admin and requesting immediate access, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Problems with your purchase
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your files, receive the incorrect files, or believe the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@kitchenadmin.co.uk.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or other remedy.
Refunds where required by law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
